Strategy at the speed of AI
How one session becomes the plan your company runs on.
-
Step 01
Before the session
Each executive is interviewed privately by our proprietary AI technology: Thought Partner™. It surfaces what your executives actually think, including the ideas that rarely make it into a meeting, and hands you that picture before anyone sets foot in the room. You see the full strength of your executive group’s thinking, and the whole session is built around the questions that will move the business most.
-
Step 02
The session
It begins with what the interviews revealed, on screen for everyone to see. For many executives it is the first time they see how the rest of the group really thinks, and the room changes the moment they do. Using our Speed to Alignment™ method, the facilitator turns that moment into focused work, taking the room through each question in order so the best thinking in the group shapes every answer.
-
Step 03
After the session
A plan your whole company can execute, built by the people who will carry it out. Every executive returns to their team with the same priorities and the same story, so execution starts the following morning. Those early results build on each other: teams see progress within weeks, belief in the plan grows with every win, and what the company delivers keeps getting closer to what you set out to achieve.

Rethinking the planning cycle
The old way takes months. This takes one day.
Offsites, strategy reviews and outside advisers have served companies for decades, and they still serve a purpose when speed isn’t the priority. An Executive Session delivers the same clarity in a single working day.
Months of planning
The old way
- Months of meetings and offsites to settle on a direction
- The loudest voices in the room shape the plan
- The sharpest ideas go unsaid, because saying them carries risk
- The plan arrives as a deck the people doing the work never shaped
- Execution drifts as the quarter fills up with everything else
One working day
An Executive Session
- One day in the room, with every executive’s thinking gathered first
- Every voice shapes the plan, even the quietest
- The real thinking reaches the room, because every interview is private
- Your executives build the plan together, so it belongs to them from the first day
- Execution starts the next day, with every executive working from one plan
The old way schedules the next meeting.
This begins the work.

The call
Start with a conversation.
Before you commit
The questions executives ask us first.
Does the session have to be about AI?
No. Most sessions are about the questions that shape the year, like where the company is heading, how it should be organized, how to develop its people, or how to execute a major change. AI is how we run the session. It doesn’t have to be the topic.
Will my executives say what they actually think?
Yes, and that is the reason the session works. Each executive is interviewed privately before the day, and the room sees what everyone said without names attached. Answers can also be compared by level, so you can see how the direction is heard by your most senior leaders and by the people one level down.
Won’t the AI take over the conversation?
No. It starts the conversation and keeps up with it. What goes on screen is a first draft that your executives challenge, correct and build on, and a facilitator runs the room. The AI captures the discussion as it happens, so the thinking in the room ends up in the plan.
How do you make sure every voice counts?
Every executive’s view is already in the room before anyone speaks, so the day starts from the whole group’s thinking rather than the loudest opinion at the table. The quieter voices, often the ones closest to the work, get the same weight as everyone else’s.
Could we run this ourselves?
You could run the interviews. The day is harder to run from the inside, because people are more candid with someone outside the company, and someone outside the company can ask the questions an insider can’t. Your team sees the whole process up close, and many companies go on to use it with the next level of the organization.
What does my team need to do to prepare?
Very little. You tell us who should be in the room and what you want the day to achieve. Each executive completes a short interview by an agreed date, and we hold one planning call with you to set the questions and the order of the day.
What happens after the session?
Your team keeps the full report and can share it, build on it and come back to it. You also keep access to AI Thought Partner™ for a year, so you can run the same process again whenever the direction shifts.
How many people can take part?
Anyone whose thinking should shape the plan. Most sessions center on the executive group, and the interviews can reach further into the organization so the room hears from the people who will carry the plan out.
How long does it take?
A full day on site, with the interviews completed in the days before.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your group and what you want the day to achieve. We’ll give you a number on the call.
